POTTERYWHEEL CAMP
For teens who want to focus on learning a new skill. You will get splattered in mud three hours every day for two weeks learning how to make clay pots on the wheel. You will learn the basics: wedging the clay, throwing a pot, and trimming the foot. This summer, held at the Pottery Studio (S014A) in the Sarto Desnoyers Community Centre, 1335 Lakeshore Road, Dorval. July 14 - 25, 2008, Monday to Friday from 9h - 12h in English by Tom Murray and from 13h - 16h in French by Ron Pothier. The cost of $200 includes all materials. Each student will have their own wheel.
